Stock Toyota GR Supra fuel system struggles to pick up fuel from the tank below medium fuel level during high G corners on race-track. This will result fuel-cut limp mode under throttle, and potential engine damage due to the lack of fuel.
At PhD Racing, we re-purpose the Titan Motorsports fuel system upgrade kit, as a fuel surge tank solution in order to prevent fuel starvation in high G corners at low tank levels. This solution is extensively tested on our TA90, and proven to be effective even when fuel level is down to fuel-reserve, while pushing 650whp on race track.
The kit is built-to-order, and this configuration is meant for factory DI applications ONLY.
