Key Features
Next-Gen Integrated Module Assembly
Experience the pinnacle of engineering with our Integrated Dual-Motor Design. Unlike traditional systems that clutter your door interior with external control boxes, our logic and power are housed in a single, compact unit.
Integration Benefits:
No External Control BoxReduced Failure Points
IP67 Protection
We have replaced standard connectors with industrial-grade sealant-fixed wiring. This specialized adhesive ensures the harness is permanently bonded to the unit.
Protection Features:
IP67 WaterproofVibration Resistant
10mm Micro-Stroke Tech
Engineered with a refined 10mm smart-suction stroke that eliminates the “metallic clang,” delivering a closure that is 70% quieter and infinitely smoother.
Noise Reduction:
70% Quieter10mm Suction Strok
Optimized Power Performance
Precision-tuned for the Tesla electrical architecture, the system operates flawlessly between 9V and 15V with ultra-low energy consumption.
Power Specifications:
9V-15V Operating Range<5A Working Current
Provides powerful suction force while maintaining an ultra-low energy footprint that won’t stress your vehicle’s battery.
Advanced Intelligent Anti-Pinch Safety
Safety is non-negotiable. Integrated smart sensors monitor the 10mm suction stroke in real-time for complete protection.
Safety Features:
Auto-Reverse DetectionChild-Safe

Installation Overview
The integrated design makes this the most installer-friendly kit on the market.
Step 1: Remove Door Panel
Remove the screws of the speaker and the interior panel first.
Step 2: Remove the glass of the car door
Be careful when removing the glass
Step 3: Remove the plastic cover plate of the interior
Disconnect the single plug-and-play harness and screws
Step 4: Install the new suction lock
Remove the original car door lock, install a new one and test it. (The self-priming lock needs to be fixed with the screws we provide!)
Frequently Asked Questions
01. Why is an “Integrated” module better than one with an external box?
External control boxes require extra mounting space and create more “failure points” where wires can tug or leak. Our integrated design is more durable, easier to install, and eliminates the risk of internal door rattles.
02. Is the sealant-fixed harness permanent?
Yes. We use automotive sealant to fix the wiring harness to prevent it from falling off due to road vibrations or “backing out” due to water ingress. This ensures a lifetime of stable electrical contact.
03. Will this draw too much current from my 12V/16V battery?
Not at all. The system is highly efficient, with a peak working current of less than 5A. It only draws power during the brief 1-2 second closing window and goes into a deep-sleep mode otherwise.
