Please note, No buttons or rotary switches included. 
Included is the top plate, bottom plate and bolts to put it together.
Designed for 12 12mm push button switch & 3 Grayhill rotary switches.
Attaches to your steering wheel with 3 of 6 original fasteners.
This one we have made it utilising CAN bus for our application, resulting in a very compact unit.
