On seriously lowered cars the track rods have to work through steep angles causing the track rod ends to run out of travel. The track rods can also come into contact with the fuel tank.
These little bushes reposition the track rod ends upside down and this alleviates the problem. They will require drilling a 16mm hole into the spindle to remove the old tapered mount and use 1968 onwards track rod ends. Front-end alignment will be necessary for a complete installation.
Requires the spindle to be machined to suit.
