This engine room brace bar, crafted from Nippon Steel’s specially designed titanium, is the result of meticulous design and supervision by our staff at the muffler factory. These experts, who have developed numerous products at M Company—a tuning parts manufacturer affiliated with STTI manufacturers—and possess extensive knowledge of tuning Honda cars, have utilized their expertise in mufflers and titanium industrial products to create this component.

To enhance its function as a tower bar, the left and right struts are connected in a straight line. A thick plate of heat-resistant titanium alloy is employed to improve the mounting rigidity of the suspension upper mount. Instead of using screws to attach the bracket and bar, we opted for welding a box-shaped bracket, creating a design specifically for the genuine FL5 and maximizing the tensile strength of the titanium material.

The upper mount bracket is specially designed and manufactured, with two custom-designed and bent titanium pipes. The titanium pipe and plate are then expertly welded together. Welding such a length without warping and maintaining the product’s strength is extremely challenging, but our skilled craftsmen ensure it is done to perfection.
