The bar is made of 3/4″ zinc-plated steel.
This sway bar kit is not a replacement for an original part, but can be mounted without any modification to the car.
The steel clamps hold the bushings against the torsion tube and the brackets bolt between the spring plate and the axle tube.

Installing a rear sway bar improves handling by controlling body sway and prevents wheel hop under hard cornering.
